Expected salary range of $74,700 to $83,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
As a Marketing Associate, you will support the execution and optimization of targeted marketing campaigns aimed at driving business growth and engagement. You will be involved in all aspects of campaign management, from initial strategy to performance evaluation, with a focus on prospecting, customer retention, and cross-selling initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to implement effective marketing activities and communication plans. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of marketing, bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the team.
PRIMARY DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate with sales and marketing on the execution of marketing campaigns
• Data Integration: Analyze data and incorporate insights into ongoing marketing efforts to improve campaign targeting and effectiveness.
• Lead Generation & Management: Utilize marketing platforms to identify prospects, manage lead pipelines, and optimize campaigns with available headroom.
• Content Creation: Support the creation of marketing materials, including emails, digital advertising, and promotional content, with a focus on driving engagement.
• Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and incentive management to refine campaign performance and improve customer conversion rates.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on campaign performance, former customer engagement, and lost leads. Provide actionable insights to improve future marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external vendors to align marketing strategies with business goals, cross-sell opportunities, and customer outreach initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• BA or BS degree required from an accredited four-year college or university, or equal professional experience
• 2-5 years of marketing or marketing support job experience
• Ability to take initiative and to be a proven self-starter working in an independent environment
• Superior attention to detail
• Able to communicate effectively in oral and written form to all levels of the organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with marketing tools and lead gen platforms (e.g. Canva, HubSpot, 6Sense, ZoomInfo)
• A proactive mindset, with a willingness to experiment, test, and optimize campaigns based on performance data
• Some overnight travel may be required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Familiarity with lead generation tools, customer segmentation and targeting strategies
• Experience in digital marketing, including email campaigns, social media and content marketing
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
